Headset was good, but delivery time was not as stated on website.

Item was fine, but the website is misleading. It gives the impression the company is UK based and the products are ‘in stock and ready for dispatch’ but in reality the company is based in China and the goods take two weeks to be delivered. I had to purchase from an alternative supplier to get the repair done in time. Now Im stuck with the item bought from ‘Buy to Fix’ and no way to return it.
